Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Great app, used for over 10 years and good customer service and quick replies - only once you reach out to them a few times (that's my experience). There is always room for iprovement the in app customer service was a little slow to respond, so I think fix that and you'll get more 5 star ratings.

Works fine out of the box.
The only thing i had troubles with is with the combination of the shopify standard newsletter signup form and editing or adding tags, to create the mailchimp automation flow i want.
The Support of Nadz was very helpful to explore different ways to find a solution.

App didn't sync our first-time customers correctly but Troy from Mailchimp support was quick to have that fixed. Hope it will be stable from now on.

Working the app was a little tricky as there were some integration issues, however Sean in support was brilliant - 5 full stars to him!

Easy installation although a bug of some sort prevented embedding app into Shopify theme initially. Lance with support was super helpful in working through this and issue was resolved same-day.

Too early to evaluate the plugin as we just installed it but appreciate the help getting over the hurdle.

Jean helped me with logging in, was a very simple task but she took her time to help me and was very kind and patience! So great customer service!
