This integration is a gamechanger for our business. Pulling in order data, new subscribers, etc. has been a huge uplift. We have hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Recently, the integration starting having some issues, but the integration support team - in particular Juvy, Seph, Cyrus, and others - stuck with us to troubleshoot and make sure everything got back up and working. It was not an easy problem to solve, but they persisted, communicated, and got it fixed. Kudos to the team!

I had a really helpful support session with Nadz while setting up SMS sync between Shopify and Mailchimp.

I was confused about why my SMS subscribers weren’t appearing in Mailchimp, even though they were opted in within Shopify. Nadz clearly explained how SMS consent works, why the sync wasn’t happening automatically, and the difference between phone numbers and actual SMS-marketing consent inside Mailchimp. She walked me through the correct process and clarified how to properly collect opt-ins using Mailchimp SMS forms.

What I appreciated most was her patience and clarity. She answered all my follow-up questions (even the ones I thought were silly!) without making things complicated. She made a slightly technical issue feel straightforward and manageable.

Today I had to reach out to support regarding an issue. I must admit it was a pleasant experience. I was assigned Rhedd to help me guide through the steps. I was able to share my issue, get it raised in a ticket and got immediate support from the dev/technical teams all on a chat. Mailchimp is seriously raising bars for customer support.

Nadz, Popped up on my screen and was really helpful. I thought it was just a chat bot. But, when they communicated I then thought this sis good for me as it is 5am in the UK and I had nearly given up.

Nadz, ask me what my request was; so i explained and she realised quickly that i needed to uninstall and re-install my Shopify App to enable auto sync of my 70 new subscribers .

I am really grateful as i am due to go live on my website and they all seem keen to want to buy something from my shop..
