Maisie AI is an excellent app for both customer support and sales conversion. As soon as I implemented in my store, I was able to convert visitors who were about to exit to paying customers. Easy to set up to interact with your customers to answer all those common questions, promote products with a customer quiz or hand off to a human operator via email, messenger or live chat. If you like HIGHER conversion rates and LOWER customer service email inquiries, then you will LOVE Maisie.
