Magical Make an Offer

Hello,
I changed the theme twice. They have integrated the app very nicely in each of them. They do their job well. Return within 24 hours or even earlier.

Many visitors submit offers through this app which allows us to interact with them and thereby increase conversions. The app is also a great forecasting tool for determining product mix and pricing. One suggestion would be allowing a means increase or decrease the size of the "make an offer" button on product pages.

Not only is this one of the only if not the only Shopify app I could find to allow customers to make offers (which is critical in the vintage and antique space), but the app works quite well and the support really has been very good. At one point I updated my theme to a new version and this broke make an offer. I couldn't figure out what the problem was but they put a developer on it and eventually solved the problem. Not only that, but the customer service person did a great job at keeping me in the loop and letting me know the status. These guys are a small business and you can tell that they want to do a great job. I am very happy with them.

This app brought me results inmediately! I am very satisfied. The installation was easy, I personalized it the way I wanted and the customer service answered all my doubts and requests very fast! Very recommended (y)

This app is pretty great and for us, it has generated in the first month (trial month) over $5k additional revenue.

I don't think of it as a cheap app, I think of it as an app that allows you to connect with customers in a way you usually can't. By opening up the door to hearing from customers their issues with price, you give yourself a chance to have a dialog with the customer.

I also love how it has filters so for some products it can accept automatically, and others it counters.

Their support team was amazing, and they even added additional functionality for me personally, which was a life saver. To Ivan specifically, I'm thrilled you did what you did, and so quickly too!

Very straight-forward app. It does exactly what its name suggests. The only issue we've ever had with the app is that we are consistently required to login to our Shopify store to accept/reject/counter-offer an offer. Overall, it is an excellent app for minimal monthly investment.

Fantastic app. Easy to use. Previously I didn't have a method from which I could convert customers who were leaning into buy my product, but just did buy not at my listed price. This tool allows me to give them control to make an offer and if it's within my range, I accept it. Great tool to acquire new customers as well. Good job.
