I can't say enough about how wonderful this solution is. The product is easy to use but incredibly advanced if you need to customize your order tracking process in unique ways. We were able to build our first order tracking page in minutes. It integrates with everything we need (email/sms, reviews, shipping protection etc.) and they are continually improving their reporting and data. The weekly shipping performance email is a must read and helps us set better expectations with customers. Plus the amount of revenue we see every month from the tracking page and emails flows has paid for itself tenfold. This is a no-brainer!

We’ve had an incredible experience using Malomo for our Shopify store’s custom order tracking page. Yaw and his team have created a phenomenal product, with phenomenal customer service, on top of it. Our product requires a lot of customer education, and the custom Malomo order tracking page was intuitive and easy to use, allowing us to build another crucial touchpoint in the customer journey. Highly recommend Malomo!
