Shopify Marketplace Connect

Tried many apps to transfer inventory to other marketplaces, wasted a lot of precious time.
Frustrating at times as most apps don’t deliver what they promise, Codisto however saved us a lot of time, when asked for support we had a phone call immediately from the other side of the planet... simply the best app on Shopify!

We just recently integrated our eBay store into this app. So far their support team has been so helpful and patient with all of our concerns. Their assistance and insights have helped us set up our eBay store account properly. Their chat support is so responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to smoothly listing all our items soon.

I love this app. I needed to have different prices on Shopify, eBay, and Amazon and this worked perfectly. Also, it sends all my orders to Shopify so I can delete the Amazon Sales Channel and the eBay Sales Channel.

I'd used another app to sync my products to eBay for years, the app was retired and I went in search for another way to get my products on the eBay platform. After looking at other apps I decided on Codisto. As with everything there is a learning curve. The support team has been terrific in guiding me through the steps I need to get products listed and keep them listed. Their response is fast and they have stuck with me to make sure I understand and even added a column to make things easier for me. I recommend!

You know it's funny we get asked to submit these positive reviews to represent the entire company when in reality we deal with individuals. For me, this individual was Jeff Avila who was an amazing help despite not being able to solve all the problems I had BEAUSE THEY WERE OUTSIDE OF HIS CONTROL AND INSTEAD WERE PART OF ANOTHER COMPANY. I emphasize this because it's easy to place blame on the first person we come across, when more often the situation is much more complicated. My problems didn't get fixed, but I do feel much better and much more confident that I'm heading down the correct path with an unrelated platform to get my issues addressed and that's all thanks to Jeff, and the team. As a newcomer using the Marketplace Connect app, I faced some challenges listing our products on eBay. The support from Shopify and specifically from Ediline has been excellent.

Real time inventory synchronisation between all marketplaces is amazing. The Codisto app is excellent, and the support staff and customer service is EXCELLENT
