Shopify Marketplace Connect

App is filled with bugs. Forexample, the field where you are suppose to set a fixed price does not work. Many errors when enabling listing on Ebay. Furthermore, the app cannot manage currencies and VAT properly.

Sto usando questa app da poco tempo e devo ammettere che raggiunge ottimi risultati. Non è semplice, ma con l'aiuto della chat si risolvono tanti dubbi in diretta.

We use this app for order processing on Amazon AU. It's been a little tough to get used to as far as UI and fine-tuning Amazon listings, but mainly we use it for processing orders in Shopify. That part has been great. Relatively seamless, and support has been prompt and helpful whenever we have questions.

We are currently paying the "Elite plan" of Codisto. We regret deeply having chosen Codisto as our solution for connecting our Shopify Store with our eBay and Amazon marketplaces. Among many issues:
- They have tried twice to charge us 1% ouf our sales, even though given our plan, they shouldn't be charging us anything. They also asked several times access to our store to accept that payment and promising to refund it afterwards, something we find quite unprofessional and suspicious.
- Codisto deleted all the images in most of our eBay listings. We had to code our own solution to solve it.
- We lost money because there was a bug in their currencies conversion. They admitted the bug, yet they did not refunded us anything from the loses caused by their own application.

Excellent app! Saved us a lot of time. Outstanding and fast customer support. Certainly recommend.

Codisto is a great app, which easily extends my website sales to multiple third-party platforms. It has dramatically promoted my sales performance. And what I appreciate is their customer service. They are online 24 hours a day; they are very professional, patient, and friendly in language. I highly recommend everyone to use it.

j'utilise codisto pour la 2eme fois uniquement avec ebay je ne peu donc pas donner d'avis concernant amazon
pour eBay le système est parfais pas toujours simple la création de fiche ebay avec les changements de normes et autre modif impoosé par ebay
avec codisto c'est plus simple la mise a jours des stocks n'est plus un soucis, elle est géré automatiquement par codisto les ventes ebay remonte automatiquement sur shopify
pour la mise en service il ne faut pas hésité a contacté le sav il réponde assez vite et fournisse une grande aide
il vaut mieux effacé les éventuels fiches eBay existante même si le système de codisto permet normalement de les récupérés

The plugin is really well thought out. I was a bit frustrated with some initial difficulties, but the support in the live chat was outstanding. Adrian helped me step by step to set up products and fix bugs.
I'm sure the plugin will get better and better in the future.

Absolut tolle App. Die Listings sind super schnell bei ebay, lassen sich wunderbar über einen Masseneditor bearbeiten, was bei einem großen Sortiment sehr hilfreich ist. Der Live Support ist mega kompetent und schnell. Einfach unglaublich gut.

Horrible Experience in transitioning from Codisto to Marketplace Connect. Without ANY warning, the app stops working. Just found out through a random routine check. Support agent only half-reads my messages, gives out wrong information with high confidence which does not fix the issue at all, and promptly goes offline to not be reached again. Overall, not trustworthy.
