The matching of listings is super complicated and weird. It's free and it works sometimes. Can't recommend it for those who sell a lot through Etsy

This app has been so much better than any others I've tried. I was experiencing an issue and the support team resolved it for me right away. But other than that one thing, it's been very smooth!

The team was super responsive to help with updating some settings in the backend when we first went live.

I just had the best customer support from Michael he very quickly, efficiently solved all my problems and stuck with me over an hour to get all my amazon and walmart listings live. 10/10.

Support won't help at all, import is delayed by hours. The only answer we get from support is we have to much orders which isnt the case or they tell us orders aren't technically importing late if they show up within 24 hours. Looking into alternatives

UPDATE: MAY 7TH

STILL NO RESOLUTION. SUPPORT STOPPED RESPONDING ENTIRELY. THEIR ONLY SUGGESTION THIS ENTIRE TIME HAS BEEN TO PRINT LABELS THROUGH THE THIRD PARTY PLATFORM. THAT IS NOT A FIX. THE CASE WAS SUPPOSEDLY ESCALATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING. NO UPDATES, NO TIMELINE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. IT IS CLEAR THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Blazing fast support!, having a slight issue with qty and support are on it within 2 minutes of opening chat, i feel confident that my listings are in good hands!, very intuitive software and orders import every time without fail!

Mariel was amazing, she helped me with issues i was having with syncing to ebay, she worked though it with me and now all is good.
