Shopify connect is a great fit for smaller retailers or if you have a smaller product range, larger product ranges might have some teething issues and you might have to work hard to get through them with their support team, but at its core it is a very effective tool for managing your listings and does have some clever tricks that other apps have yet to figure out how to achieve.

This review is for the ebay sync. Most features work well and sync properly. The 2 starts is due to there lack of support and assistance. For eBay Motors Parts and Accessories, we have been having issue with the Epids information in the app, not populating on the Ebay listings. Our first communication was on July 25th. Since then I've requested an update to the issue every 3-4 days. I've yet to get any answer to the issue besides its been sent to the DEV team. This is an important issue, as car compatibility for car parts on eBay is a huge way for listings to get shown. HELP ME!

After struggling with errors we were getting for ebay, Harryl quickly supported us though a call to ensure we cleared all our questions and the existing errors that our products had. Great concept, just unfortunately doesn't work for me so will try the old fashioned way of manually adding the products to Amazon.
