We have received 4 emails from you, all of which we responded to within an hour. Please check your junk/spam folders. We have also tried to phone you multiple times but there is no answer. If you email us alternative contact details we will try those. We are also online for chat, so perhaps you could try that? You can access chat via the support button in the app.

EXCELLENT - TOP NOTCH !! I have been using this app for 2 weeks now and the listings on amazon and ebay are so smooth. The customer service provided by these guys is also par excellence. They always get back to me the same day and go out of their way to solve any issues I have had so far. A MUST HAVE APP.

It's good, but it would be great to have some additional features.
Being able to "refresh" the data that gets pulled in from other places such as Walmart, Etsy, Amazon or Ebay. I updated some of the SKU's on Etsy but it never shows up as a match when I try to link the listings.
When trying to link a possible listing, I try to enter in the Shopify SKU, but nothing pulls up sometimes.
Being able to modify or break certain linked listings, I.E. if I linked a listing by accident, I have no way to modify it.
Also being able to modify the linking settings for each "market" . I.E. if I originally had it set to us the App for the source of truth for the title, being able to modify that would be great for sites like Ebay where we need to modify the title for SEO, but don' t want to modify the title in Shopify and have a cascade effect on all other linked markets.

Also the linking for Amazon is super clunky as all the listings are set at a set price and I have to go into each individual variant to modify the price. When I have 96 variants and have multiple items that I have added to Amazon, this becomes a gigantic time suck for me.

We just recently integrated our eBay store into this app. So far their support team has been so helpful and patient with all of our concerns. Their assistance and insights have helped us set up our eBay store account properly. Their chat support is so responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to smoothly listing all our items soon.

I'd used another app to sync my products to eBay for years, the app was retired and I went in search for another way to get my products on the eBay platform. After looking at other apps I decided on Codisto. As with everything there is a learning curve. The support team has been terrific in guiding me through the steps I need to get products listed and keep them listed. Their response is fast and they have stuck with me to make sure I understand and even added a column to make things easier for me. I recommend!

App has been offline throughout the holiday period for us. Support almost non existent and not taking grasp of the issue to hand - just supplying us with articles unrelated to the issue. This has caused a lot of damage to our marketplace service as we can’t update stock levels and remove listings etc.

Major issue. App was randomly changing products listed on amazon with the wrong price. Products selling for hundreds of dollars less than they are meant to sell for. Tried talking to support multiple times and keep getting the same run around. I have been using this app for almost a year. Who knows how many times something sold for less then it was meant to be listed for and i missed it. The loss in income and incorrect sales i would have been better going with another option.
