Found the app a bit tricky at first however customer service was second to none with assisting us in getting set up and selling. Now we know our way around, we can see the app is full of very convenient features and even comes with a professional eBay listing template which can be customised to your requirements. In summary, so far very impressed and well worth the price. Would highly recommend to everyone. Special thanks to Harryl for the excellent service!!
Solid solution for integrating shopify and amazon. Easy to link each ASIN to listings in shopify. Order management works fine.
Die App ist nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, sie ist sehr langsam und übermitteln von den ausgewählten Produkten willkürlich irgendwelche. Manchmal von 100 ausgewählten gar kein, manchmal 10 manchmal alle. Es werde auch keine Fehler angezeigt.

I had a few problems in the beginning but Ronel was more than helpful. He walked me through everything so I understood exactly how to use the app properly and make sure my products were connected with the correct information. We use this app to link our products to Amazon and Ebay. Great app, makes life easier, especially with the stock and description syncing. It takes a while to get used to all the settings and quirks, but it does a good job.
Easy to use software. Great customer support! I would recommend it to anyone seeking one app for these major integrations.

The app itself works relatively well although we recently were logged out of our eBay Store (within Marketplace Connect app) and had to contact Support. When starting the Support query I had said "our eBay store has been 'disconnected' from Marketplace Connect"... Well apparently this terminology is wrong and the agent was more concerned about lecturing me on definitions and winning an argument about 'Disconnection' being different to 'Logged Out'... The agent went to the trouble of sending me screenshots of my own messages highlighting words like 'Disconnected' and remained argumentative and unconcerned about the problem till the end of the chat. My request was pretty simple, that we are notified when the sync between eBay and Marketplace Connect stops working... as a result of the link between Marketplace Connect and eBay not working, 17 orders over a 3 days period were not sync'd. In the end I closed the chat in frustration with the attitude of Support. The app itself is pretty good although if your eBay login token expires you will not be notified and as a result, the orders will not sync until you log back in - You will not be notified that the token expires, you will not be notified that the sync has stopped working... Can deal with that but the attitude of Support was really disappointing.

Customer service is very good with the company. The app is pretty easy to use once you get a hang of it. Takes a little learning at first.
