Great Customer Support!! Great App! Simple setup, and easy tutorial videos. Good experience so far. We had tried other similar apps but gave us too many issues, and this app works very well!

Le support est très bon pour se familiariser avec l'application. Il y a des fonctionnalités trés spéciales qui ne fonctionne pas mais leur service s'efforce de résoudre et corriger.

We are very impressed with Codisto so far! We are migrating from a different software which inevitably will come with some challenges, but the support team member, John with Codisto has been FANTASTIC!

Joy gave me excellent and fast support, including quick and accurate answers to fairly technical questions. She even shared helpful screenshots and offered to do some of the work for me. Really impressed!

We have received 4 emails from you, all of which we responded to within an hour. Please check your junk/spam folders. We have also tried to phone you multiple times but there is no answer. If you email us alternative contact details we will try those. We are also online for chat, so perhaps you could try that? You can access chat via the support button in the app.

Since Shopify has taken this over, they've destroyed the app and any work you've previously done. I had all of my settings correct and everything was working fine for months without touching it.

When Shopify took this over, here's a few things that have happened.

- It disconnected from Amazon without notifying me. Meaning that no orders were flowing causing late shipments. I almost lost my Amazon store over this.
- All of my settings were changed. So all of my custom titles, descriptions, etc. on Amazon were wiped out and overwritten with what's on Shopify.
- My rankings fell out of the sky because of the second bullet point.
- The app just stopped working and loading. It's like their API to pull in the information just broke.

The developers working on this are destroying people's stores.
