Works okay for Walmart, absolutely horrible for Ebay. Support is terrible. We'll be looking for something else. And no, they did not fix it for us.

Started using the app for eBay was than looking around to remove unneeded apps and decided to use also Google Shopping. Was not a good idea, categories to be imported from the Support as first they where not there and than after a week they disappears again. Easy to use and set up. The spreadsheet format is quite intuitive. Very powerful when used with metafields. Great, helpful support with very quick replies.

I first used this system back in 2020 and it was fantastic.

I stopped using it and then tried to use it again now (2/22/24), it is the worst application I've ever used in my life. I'm not exaggerating. There are no clear detailed instructions. Nor can you even find answers to simple questions like what does it mean when the offer status is "missing". How can anyone use a system when you can't ...

This app is good if it works, saves soo much time importing to eBay. However it does really need to be looked at in terms of upgrading.

Since Shopify has taken this over, they've destroyed the app and any work you've previously done. I had all of my settings correct and everything was working fine for months without touching it.

When Shopify took this over, here's a few things that have happened.

- It disconnected from Amazon without notifying me. Meaning that no orders were flowing causing late shipments. I almost lost my Amazon ...
