Shopify Marketplace Connect

We were struggling with setup for a while, support fixed all our issues immediately and answered all our questions! Fantastic support!

This is the worst app I have ever used to connect two marketplaces. They forced us to leave codisto and use this app but it has so many errors and is incredibly slow to load content. It also can take 48 hours for our listings to update on Amazon. Diese App funktioniert bei mir nicht, egal welchen Browser ich verwende (Chrome, Safari oder Edge) Für mich leider nur Zeitverschwendung und kein nutzen.

Ebay: Verbindung zu meinem Account konnte hergestellt werden, jedoch wurden meine Produkte nicht übernommen mit uneindeutigen Fehlermeldungen.

Complete and utter garbage. If you want to create more work and chaos please install this app. Integrations are buggy and do not work at all

The customer support is great and this app is very helpful

DO NOT USE THIS APP. We have had constant issues with this app and most recently with orders pulling through with a zero value on eBay and Amazon. Their support team have been absolutley awful and unhelpful. After contacting their support I was reassuraed the issue would be escalated but the support team have now just stopped resonding to me. The App works but beware despite turning off "Import Orders" (which Shopify explicitly say is the only chargeable part of the app) Shopify began charging me significant amounts, going against their own terms and conditions, and without my permission.

Five (+) stars not necessarily for the app - that is what it is - but for the awesome customer service. I'd been struggling with an issue for a couple of weeks. The support team jumped in, understood my issue, and helped me resolve things in short order. Their assistance was GREATLY appreciated.

This app has saved me hours of my time by simplifying the process of listing from Shopify to eBay. Also, the response from support is excellent!
