Shopify Marketplace Connect

Five (+) stars not necessarily for the app - that is what it is - but for the awesome customer service. I'd been struggling with an issue for a couple of weeks. The support team jumped in, understood my issue, and helped me resolve things in short order. Their assistance was GREATLY appreciated.

I am really enjoying using this app - it has made dispatching and tracking inventory between Shopify and Etsy much easier, plus customer support is always very fast and helpful.

Pretty easy to use. Support team is top-notch when you need assistance.

Had some issues getting it to work but support was able to resolve it and it seems to be working great now.

Most helpers are knowledgable - they go above and beyond to find accurate answers. Like you and me, they are learning to find ways to bridge the gap between Shopify and Amazon. They have resources to find answers that we aren't able to access or find. 4 out of 5 times they are super helpful.

I'm new to Market Connect and Shopify. When I needed help learning how to use the app, Joy B and the team at Market Connect were extremely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and even walked me through certain tasks when I needed the extra help. In addition, they even set me up with a custom template for some of my products.
