The support I received while setting up Marketplace Connect was FANTASTIC! I tried to get everything sorted out by myself for days but wasn't getting anywhere. Jay figured out what was causing the errors and got everything up and running smoothly for me in no time! I really couldn't have asked for better service.
I have been using Shopify apps: Marketplace Connector for a few months now and I am very impressed with its performance. It has helped me to expand my online business to multiple marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, without any hassle. The app is very easy to use and integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store. I can manage all my listings, inventory, and orders from one place, and any changes I make are automatically synced across all platforms. The app also allows me to customize my product details, such as titles, prices, and descriptions, for each marketplace. The app has increased my sales, reduced my workload, and improved my customer satisfaction. The app's customer support is also very responsive and helpful. They answer all my questions promptly and provide me with useful tips and advice. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to sell on multiple marketplaces with Shopify.
I am new to Shopify Marketplace Connect. My experiences have been great! I have had the best support team helping me at anytime. I expecially want to thank, LOVELY, the person I was chatting with tonight. Not only did Lovely help me troubleshoot and resolve my issues, but Lovely also motivated me and energized me to continue pursuing my dreams of achieving success with my online hoodie business. The great thing about Lovely that I recognize is that Lovely is great with her job in supporting people. I think that it will be better if Lovely was in a higher position to teach and spread to many others. It wouldn't be good to just have Lovely continue in this one position helping individuals...when Lovely can pass along what Lovely...it must be multiplied and spread to others that I have no doubt Lovely can do. Although I would love to get support from Lovely all the time...I am not so selfish to keep Lovely to myself...Lovely must spread Lovely Ways to others...so that everyone that contacts Shopify Marketplace Connect will have the same lovely Lovely experience that I had tonight. Please include my review in Lovely's file records so that when it comes time for a performance reveiw and promotion, my review is the first thing you will see!!!
Great support, the sync with Amazon orders could have a bit of delay so it is helpful to have a team ready to help!
Had to migrate over to connect after codisto was discontinued. The negative reviews were spot on. My steady Amazon sales are gone. Most of my listings went to error and are now inactive. It's a complete guessing game how to correct. Hours with chat and on phone with Customer service. Got brushed off by service tech. Said I needed to escalate my issue to another department and I would be contacted via email and call within 24 hours. Neither happened. Marketplace Connect is not easy and not for people without extensive training. Even the Techs at Connect can't get my Shopify listings to connect to Amazon
Great support! I couldn't figure out why my listings remained unpublished but their customer service team helped me out. 100% happy with their service.

I absolutely love the orders interface. For us, eBay is a huge part of our business. This makes tracking all of our orders and customers in one place. Just one click of import and the order is in your Shopify. The customer service is impressive too. We had an issue and it was resolved in minutes with a clear and concise email. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It's a good app that does its job well but has a few limitations.
I was having issues with the images on eBay, and I wanted them to be different from the ones on the website. The customer service here to work out a solution was fantastic. I gave back a star for this resolution and the customer service.
I now only have one issue I am not happy with: the template solution wouldn't work for me, and a working HTML description editor would be the only solution. It's a 5-star app with that fix.
- The HTML structure doesn't work; I previously had individually set up product descriptions for eBay, but they don't work using this app, so the code breaks.
- You can't edit any product information on eBay as the Shopify Marketplace App will overwrite it. You can adjust policies on eBay.
I want a toggle option to be inputted to either have eBay overwrite the product images or description; other than that, it should just be product SKU identifiers and various other product listing details.
