If you need help or have questions service is actually great. Answered my question quick. It was even off normal business hours and they were available.

I have been using Shopify apps: Marketplace Connector for a few months now and I am very impressed with its performance. It has helped me to expand my online business to multiple marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, without any hassle. The app is very easy to use and integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store. I can manage all my listings, inventory, and orders from one place, and any changes I make are automatically synced across all platforms. The app also allows me to customize my product details, such as titles, prices, and descriptions, for each marketplace. The app has increased my sales, reduced my workload, and improved my customer satisfaction. The app's customer support is also very responsive and helpful. Can only be used on laptop/desktop (not through the Shopify App). Difficult to navigate and overly complicated. Runs very slowly and takes a while for new products to appear in listing results. New products must be manually updated (no auto-transfer). Screen recordings aren't supported by support chat system. But support is 24/7, responds to initial message quickly, willing to Google Meet/screen share, and answers questions effectively. The support team is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star. I've been using the Shuttle app for over a year, and even though it costs $5 per month, it's soooo much better!

The app is not perfect and the UI isn't the prettiest but it is highly functional and their level of service is outstanding. Joy was wonderful to deal with and resolved issues quickly.

This app has enabled us to list at scale on eBay which we simply wouldn't be able to do otherwise. There's no magic bullet, you still have to populate some data elements for the listings from within Marketplace Connect, but it's so much more manageable when changes are synced across to eBay. A major bonus for when there are problems is the dedicated, knowledgeable support team within Shopify, with their own ticket system so you can contact them directly. For example when I recently had trouble working out some mappings, Mark L. saw the issue through to resolution and even fixed a related problem at the same time. Great work, thank you.

I don't understand how Shopify allows so much crap of App and Shopify looks now like a scam room, having its partners that nothing benefits us small businesses right now I will look for another platform

We can see from the interaction with the support team you are looking for an app that will auto replenish inventory from cancelled orders.

Cancellations can be for a number of reasons that can be impacted by stock levels, hence this is not currently available with our app.

However we are always considering new and different options on our roadmap.
