Josh was very helpful throughout our chat and demonstrated quite a bit of patience as I fumbled around the website.
Can only be used on laptop/desktop (not through the Shopify App). Difficult to navigate and overly complicated. Runs very slowly and takes a while for new products to appear in listing results. New products must be manually updated (no auto-transfer). Screen recordings aren't supported by support chat system. But support is 24/7, responds to initial message quickly, willing to Google Meet/screen share, and answers questions effectively. The support team is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star. I've been using the Shuttle app for over a year, and even though it costs $5 per month, it's soooo much better!
I like this app for syncing inventory and pushing photos and descriptions over to eBay from Shopify but the listing process could be better. The app overwrites or removes any changes you make on eBay with every sync, including products that were listed before you installed the app. So be sure to make all edits within the app. After I synced my existing listings it removed all the details like category, color, material, department, etc. It would be nice if there was an option to choose what to update after the initial sync like quantity, price changes, etc.
Also, DO NOT use the auto category feature. I've had products removed from eBay for being in the wrong categories. The app has listed clothing as books, adult products as crafts etc.
Tengo una Duda, actualmente pretendemos hacer la sincronización con cuenta de amazon, pero los precios serán otros. Quiero pensar que al sincronizar los precios pasar a Amazon serán los mismos, pero dentro Amazon Central Seller puedo modificarlos?

I have tried several eBay collaboration apps, and I think this is the app with the smoothest collaboration.
The chat support is responsive and helpful in resolving issues.
It was disappointing that bundle products could not be linked, but I rate it highly with high expectations for the future.

Excellent tool for connect to Amazon. It's a little tricky if you are new to selling on marketplaces but the help team is extremely responsive and will assist you with anything you need.
Have patience to learn the app and ask questions. Their support is the real deal and answer tickets and chats faster than any software application we have used in the past. We are really excited to continue using this app and growing with it!
