App was working great, then they changed something forcing it to now send Walmart orders to Shopify with sale tax. According to their knowledge base and all documentation, it should not do this, because Walmart collects and pays tax.

So we are now stuck doing manual adjustments for tax on every order to ensure we don't double pay tax. The app has become unusable.

Worst Support, Worst App, Lyn was not supportive at all. I was unable to list products on amazon. Contacted Supported and Still No Help, They asked for a document that doesn't even exist.

This app is unpredictable and support is spotty. They are clearly still developing this app. I have been using it since November for Ebay and Etsy and the app nearly caused my etsy shop to be suspended with the recent developments they made to it. Can't seem to set mine up - either an issue with the asin or sku.

Great concept, just unfortunately doesn't work for me so will try the old fashioned way of manually adding the products to Amazon.

My experience with this app has been absolutely awful. If you still have Codisto, DO NOT move to Marketplace connect. I moved over 5 days ago and was told the transfer would be essentially be "seamless". I haven't had any active listings on Amazon since i.e. no sales. After investigation we found out that our inventory with Amazon is not sync correctly. Contacted support and they said that they only update inventory when Shopify have quantity updated, but if order placed on Amazon directly then they don't update quantity on Shopify unless you turn on order sync as well. Now we have to process inventory count to fix quantity that wasn't updated, and it's hours ...

The worst possible connector app... you think everything goes smooth and then BOOM all your listings on a marketplace get deleted and nobody at support knows what to do. There goes years and years of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT APP.

This app was so bad we deleted it the day after we went through 2 support chats and nobody had any clues how to help.

If you are just getting started, don't use this app!!! It's a normal nightmare to sync it with Amazon and eBay if you haven't configured your products on Shopify (nobody will tell you that) - It's definitely not newbie recommended and not as straight forward as they want you to think it is.
