I've received great assistance. With being a new marketplace connect seller, I've been able to get assistance with every aspect of the process. Lyn was such a great help!

Customer service is great! Did a good job of explaining things and then when I asked to schedule a call to talk through some issues, they scheduled one for the next day. They were also VERY helpful on the call.

Horrible app. Does not sync to Walmart and customer support gives you the run around.

The app is great and super detailed but the best thing about the app is the customer service. I am telling you, ask a question, get an answer! That's the way it should be. This team is amazing and I am in and out with 15 minutes. Love it. Use it. Download it.

Shopify Marketplace Connect enabled us to import our eBay and Walmart marketplace orders into our Shopify store. Setup was easy and straightforward. After struggling with errors we were getting for ebay, Harryl quickly supported us though a call to ensure we cleared all our questions and the existing errors that our products had. Extremely satisfied with how Harryl was super friendly and helpful and didn't give up on helping until the outcome was positive. I highly recommend the app.

Its a horrible tool when you want to manage inventory by youself. They don't offer an option to disconnect your product with their app, so you literally lost the product inventory edit permissions.
