I had a few issues with my listings but the support team here was exceptional and helped me resolve it after talking and working for like a week straight. The app is pretty easy to use and user-friendly, there are just nuances on all the marketplaces themselves that may cause an issue or two - but rest assured the support team here will help resolve it!

The journey of listing on Amazon has presented its fair share of challenges. Recalling my experience with the earlier iteration of this application, formerly known as Codisto, which I utilized a few years ago to synchronize my secondary store with Amazon and eBay, the initial setup was remarkably user-friendly. The Codisto team, in that version, efficiently handled the configuration for my store, simplifying the entire process. The convenience of a straightforward setup, coupled with a manageable monthly fee, made for a seamless experience. Their proactive assistance during the platform setup was genuinely valued.
However, in the current version, the hands-on assistance that was once available has been replaced by a redirection to an extensive documentation resource. This transition places a higher demand on users to possess an advanced level of expertise to navigate and execute the setup successfully. Notably, the product listings exhibit notable shortcomings, including missing product photos and variants that fail to sync appropriately. This results in a confusing array of mixed-up images, where pictures from one item may mistakenly appear in an entirely unrelated product listing—such as finding ring images in a cushion listing, creating a perplexing and less-than-ideal situation.
Despite persistent efforts to understand and resolve these issues, the support received for other concerns has proven less fruitful. It appears that the support team may not be actively seeking new users, potentially hindering a smoother onboarding process. A more collaborative approach from the support team, providing assistance with the setup, could significantly contribute to user satisfaction and overall business success. Streamlining the setup process has the potential to increase user adoption, fostering a more prosperous ecosystem where successful businesses generate better income, ultimately leading to the app's success.

Feeds Amazon data into Shopify to use with our 3PL vendor and accepts shipment tracking back into Shopify to transfer to Amazon for FBM. Great product. Excellent service with very responsive support.

It's good, but it would be great to have some additional features.
Being able to "refresh" the data that gets pulled in from other places such as Walmart, Etsy, Amazon or Ebay. I updated some of the SKU's on Etsy but it never shows up as a match when I try to link the listings.
When trying to link a possible listing, I try to enter in the Shopify SKU, but nothing pulls up sometimes.
Being able to modify or break certain linked listings, I.E. if I linked a listing by accident, I have no way to modify it.
Also being able to modify the linking settings for each "market" . I.E. if I originally had it set to us the App for the source of truth for the title, being able to modify that would be great for sites like Ebay where we need to modify the title for SEO, but don' t want to modify the title in Shopify and have a cascade effect on all other linked markets.
Also the linking for Amazon is super clunky as all the listings are set at a set price and I have to go into each individual variant to modify the price. When I have 96 variants and have multiple items that I have added to Amazon, this becomes a gigantic time suck for me.
I use this to dynamically link and list my products (rare antique maps) on eBay. I have used this app now for a couple of years and have found it very useful and well thought out. This is a powerful tool and as is true with all sophisticated tools, there is a bit of a learning curve. Once you get the hang of it, it is great. The bright side to this is that the documentation is very good, clear and concise. Everything I have wanted to do, I have found that I actually can and there usually is a good help article on the subject. The support is very good and quick in responding as well. I highly recommend it.
