Support has been great since we have linked Codisto to our Shopify account. A response is almost always given/resolved within 30 minutes! Fantastic support from Noel thus far and the app itself is user-friendly with tutorial videos if need be.

Great customer service! I was having an issue listing a problem and agent, Dale, helped me till I got it listed. Helped for nearly 3 hours. Great experience

This is much easier than manually uploading your products to Amazon or eBay. Once you become familiar with the user interface, it is not so difficult to use. It is a convenient app for me as it only lists products that are in stock. This makes it much easier for us to honor our shipping policies. The customer service department is always available to answer any questions, with a very short wait time for a response.

If you have any issue all you have to do is reach out to 24/7 support and they will do the best of their ability to help you. Cannot complain.

App so far has had a few issues, but most are down to the switch from the old Ebay app. Main Problem just now was 30+ of my Shopify Items stopped syncing the quantity, so I had 0 stock on Ebay !! Contacted Codisto on Live chat, 15min later all sorted. A+

i like how easy it is to get everything listed and that it is centralized. I hope that you will offer a solution to list on Etsy soon.
Customer Service is awesome. Joy B helped me out today and was amazing. she gets 5 mabuhay stars!

I used the app to help list products on EBay and Amazon. While I admit that meeting Amazon requirements still made listing a bit difficult, the customer support through Codisto were extremely helpful in getting me through the process.
