Shopify Marketplace Connect

Cloe was very helpful in walking me through the marketplace. She remembered the problems I was having and helped in getting my products listed.

App has been offline throughout the holiday period for us. Support almost non existent and not taking grasp of the issue to hand - just supplying us with articles unrelated to the issue. This has caused a lot of damage to our marketplace service as we can’t update stock levels and remove listings etc.

Great product with Excellent support. I connected the app, went on the chat and quickly got Russ who was amazing and very helpful. Got our ebay store connected within minutes.

It's a good app when it works. But poor support and multiple months of downtime, technical errors, and unresponsiveness make it hard to recommend. Further, they continue to charge during their downtime. Customer service is quick to respond and is great for general inquiries but very slow to fix any bugs or problems. Unfortunately, you will also be ignored by their support team if you ask any difficult questions (i.e when will the app work again, ETA's on technical bugs). If you have a large catalog and your business is heavily dependent on the communication between Shopify and Amazon I would not recommend this app, it is not reliable enough.

great support had to reset my trial and it was no issue for them. Now i can test the software before being charged!

We just recently integrated our eBay store into this app. So far their support team has been so helpful and patient with all of our concerns. Their assistance and insights have helped us set up our eBay store account properly. Their chat support is so responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to smoothly listing all our items soon.

Tried many apps to transfer inventory to other marketplaces, wasted a lot of precious time.
Frustrating at times as most apps don’t deliver what they promise, Codisto however saved us a lot of time, when asked for support we had a phone call immediately from the other side of the planet... simply the best app on Shopify!

It's good, but it would be great to have some additional features.
Being able to "refresh" the data that gets pulled in from other places such as Walmart, Etsy, Amazon or Ebay. I updated some of the SKU's on Etsy but it never shows up as a match when I try to link the listings.
When trying to link a possible listing, I try to enter in the Shopify SKU, but nothing pulls up sometimes.
Being able to modify or break certain linked listings, I.E. if I linked a listing by accident, I have no way to modify it.
Also being able to modify the linking settings for each "market" . I.E. if I originally had it set to us the App for the source of truth for the title, being able to modify that would be great for sites like Ebay where we need to modify the title for SEO, but don' t want to modify the title in Shopify and have a cascade effect on all other linked markets.

Also the linking for Amazon is super clunky as all the listings are set at a set price and I have to go into each individual variant to modify the price. When I have 96 variants and have multiple items that I have added to Amazon, this becomes a gigantic time suck for me.

I love this app. I needed to have different prices on Shopify, eBay, and Amazon and this worked perfectly. Also, it sends all my orders to Shopify so I can delete the Amazon Sales Channel and the eBay Sales Channel.
