Jason D was such a Huge help. I was planning on canceling my subscription when he let me know he will help and walk me through the steps on applying for my GTIN Exemption. If it wasn't for him I would have given up on my dreams of selling products from my website and expanding it to Amazon. Thank you again, Jason!

This app is one of the most easiest app to use to import products from Shopify to ebay. Products can be uploaded in bulk very easily! It's very easy to give all products the same price increase or price decrease in a matter of seconds. Customer service is very helpful and they are available 24/7. This app works magic!

Just installed the app today. I had to contact Codisto for the first time on live chat with some setup help and they answered immediately and quickly helped me with my issue. So far so good.

I installed the "Marketplace Connect" a few days ago and it does everything it said it would - Tech assistant "JOY" patiently and knowledgeably help with the onboarding as it was the first time I ever "mapped" products - I have 2 amazon stores - USA and CA. I didn't get all the products correctly mapped at first but JOY came back a few days later as orders came in and helped sort it out. Customer service has been great - I sure hope they don't go to "text" only support - I prefer to speak with a live person rather then type. Thanks Joy for your assistance!

*In response to the reply, Codisto seems to have a Donald Trump culture of blame everyone else but say they dont wish to enter the blame game. Again they maybe quick to reply but thats the only positive thing I can add. Awful just awful. Seemed to do the job for Amazon FBM on a small scale, appalling for ebay. Support team maybe be quick to reply but do not seem to understand how eBay works, they spend more time arguing points that do not matter rather than deal with the issues. Their 'fix' destroyed sales, their 'refix' completely shot a six figure turnover ebay shop. Perhaps I'm really unlucky but Codisto doesnt seem fit for purpose .
