After 3 or 4 years, maybe it's time for a review! I will start with concerns so that maybe they are addressed. Amazon was fine at first but gradually they removed many products due to image issues and those products I have rarely, if ever, been able to get them back online. Generally, it's a great app, but I often find myself needing live chat support, which is amazing. They usually fix things asap, but I'd prefer to watch some videos of how to do x without interacting with someone, which can be time-consuming. e.g. I want to work on things later in the day and they can be offline then you need to wait until tomorrow to interact again.

We used this app to integrate Shopify inventory into Amazon and eBay. Relatively easy to use and does what is needed. The support team are quick to respond and offer solutions. Would be ideal if there was greater screen space when navigating the app.

They are trying to improve all the time the level of communication.
In near future I am sure I can make my review 5 stars!

Adrian was super responsive and helpful, I've received great support from Codisto so far. There's a bit of a learning curve, but I feel supported every step of the way

It's not quite as easy as the video makes it appertains to sync your listings however, with the fantastic support I received from Mark @ Codisto today, he helped me understand the importance of making sure you have rock solid UPC & SKU codes in order for the systems to all integrate properly.
