9 Months trying to get this app to work. It's been hell.
5000 products missing.
eBay prices that don't match what I set the app to be.
Thousands of images missing.
Size & colour options are the wrong way around on many listings, so the colours aren't shown when selected.
Customer services, which used to be really good have gone downhill since Shopify acquired it - 16 days trying to get an issue ...

This app needs a mandatory tutorial video before using.
I downloaded this thinking it was an actual Shopify app, not Codisto. It ruined my Etsy storefront completely. When I enabled the products in the app it created new listings on Esty and cost me SO MUCH MONEY. I currently haven't been able to log into this app to make changes for TWO DAYS. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Nothing but problems. Over a week and still nothing back from support on my issues with Walmart. There is clearly something wrong and with no visibility to logs it is near impossible to troubleshoot. DO NOT SWITCH FROM LEGACY CODISTO! It has been nothing but trouble for us for switching to 'new' Marketplace Connect. eBay integration is broken and will not allow you to sync your existing catalogue. I expected better features and support now that Shopify took over Codisto. It is however, downgraded significantly in both areas. The features no longer work. And the support is ridicule as the ...

The content API isn't working with Google. This stopped working in June of 2022. As of today, September 2022, they still cannot correct the problem for me so none of my products are showing on Google. All I get is lip service! If you have other options, don't get involved with this company
Didn't work for me.
1- Product linking was inaccurate more often than not. This was the case, even though I only linked such products marked with 'high confidence'. Orders with wrongly linked products could not be altered.
2- Repeat customers were not recognized due to alternate naming and I had to manually link such customers each time.
3- Fulfillment would not translate back into the eBay ...

It was working perfectly fine until they changed us to a new plan without notice or authorization. Now they say we have outstanding charges and ended up closing our account due to that.
Now we have unhappy customers because of delays this has caused.
Find a different app. People at this one are shady.

Spent 2 hours on chat to find out why the app dropped my prices on ebay without me making any changes to the settings, consequently I am out of pocket by about 250 euros due to sales taking place at the reduced prices. And they say they cannot see why it happened but it must be beacuse I instructed the app to do it, when I had not even been on the app.

Very Bad App For Etsy Integrations. it doesnt have any options to put different descriptions , also it ruined all the keyword research on title because of no option to keep the titles different
