That's so useful. It's a little bit complicated to define, but the helper was great. I would recommend this app to others.

Communication could be slightly faster, but overall still helpful. Program is more flexible and reliable than competitors but takes some time to learn. 5/5 would recommend.

Great app. This is an honest review from a reputable brand and company. We struggled with product listings on Amazon, but this app made it much easier and smooth linking. We take customer service very seriously, so one thing that really stuck out to us was how good they were with helping. One week, we had an issue and the support team was super helpful despite our many questions. They even followed up once when we didn't reply to their email just to make sure we were ok. That is good service. They won't leave you hanging to dry. Good job guys!

Perfect, it's a good application to link your Shopify store with your Amazon accounts the support is very rapid around 5-10 min to reply and very helpful, they were abe to fix my problems

I am so loving this app, although it was difficult for me to use, I reached out and Jordan and Joy assisted me with my issues and resolved both issues with ease, care and concern. I have tried multiple apps trying to get my products onto Amazon and this is the first one that works and to see my first product listed on Amazon was a game changer, I can't wait to get my other items listed!!!!!

The app has many functions and simplifies the work with several sales platforms. The many functions also result in frequent error messages, which are not always easy to solve by oneself. However, Mary Grace was a great help and supported us with our problems.

As a long time user of Codisto I was quite happy with it, and it would have been a 5-star app.
Now, after becoming part of Shopify and rebranded Marketplace Connect, it went down to 1 star.

Functions that we used and need in Codisto have disappeared.
Why can I not work on variants in the bulk edit view?
Why would I have to go through single edit mode to make changes, especially when I need to do them in bulk to many of our listings at a time?

How is it not possible to at least match functionality?

I was hopeful that over time, some of the kinks that Codisto had would get solved after becoming part of the Shopify family, but I could not imagine losing core functions as a result.

Edit:
Support was able to revert me back to Codisto (the original app), which is great and enables me to be able to work again.

I was then asked to please delete my review, which I am willing to do as soon as the problems in the new app/design are gone. Until then, my rating stands that Shopify Marketplace is a sorry excuse in the state that it is now.

Edit 2:
Sadly, we are now forced into the new app.
Still not able to manage variants through bulk edit mode, after over a year.
At this point, all the app does for us is import orders and update inventory on Amazon, and is otherwise useless.
No way to filter for listings where only variants are active, but not the main listing (old Codisto had this)

If I have to manage Listings one by one, I can just do it on Seller Central and don't bother with this mess.
