Theres too much going to a sku then when you back out you have to go all the way back to the home page and go back into the ap
and connecting an individual sku is not always easy
This app is highly recommended by me for anyone starting a new ecommerce store and need to post on other platforms, very easy to use and very affordable. I was assisted by a very nice person. Without their help I would be lost, thank you for all your help.
Very helpful app and works well with etsy for me. Adrian helped me with an issue and got i sorted promptly.
I like this app for syncing inventory and pushing photos and descriptions over to eBay from Shopify but the listing process could be better. The app overwrites or removes any changes you make on eBay with every sync, including products that were listed before you installed the app. So be sure to make all edits within the app. After I synced my existing listings it removed all the details like category, color, material, department, etc. It would be nice if there was an option to choose what to update after the initial sync like quantity, price changes, etc.
Also, DO NOT use the auto category feature. I've had products removed from eBay for being in the wrong categories. The app has listed clothing as books, adult products as crafts etc.
Great app. Very easy to connect the marketplace platforms and start selling. It would be great if they can add more marketplace in their list.
Highly recommend this app as it has made our work simpler and in sync with less hustle and in less time They have a great support team 24/7 they will help you until you have an answer

It does not respect inventory rules or quantity. I keep getting orders for items that have been sold out or that are in locations that do not support online store selling. I have tried getting a solution from their support team and have waited for 3 months for a solution and they have stopped replying to me. I am a software engineer and understand why the inventory system is failing, and have explained to them in detail the use cases how to fix this. They have yet to get back to me since January. @Shopify can you find a better partner to fulfill marketplace connections or develop it yourselves?

not all the categories of Amazon is in this app, so when u send date from shopify to Amazon you are not able to select correct category and then Amazon won't allow u to change it.
Customer care support is on and off, some time u get a good person some times totally waste of time.
only reason I started using it with the thought that its by Shopify but not looking for other apps to select and that may cost me a lot of time in setup.
