Great support from the help desk. Joy V was awesome
We used Codisto in the past while selling on Amazon - it worked quite well. We decided to sell on eBay and our first thoughts were Codisto. It does work awesomely. The only comment is that the template is a Shopify liquid file to modify... not easy to do at all.

Yes we do advise you to use a web developer for editing templates or have knowledge of HTML/CSS editing, but happy the app works for you!

This app help me a lot. The only one app at this time can help me to sell my product on Amazon and Ebay with a easy way.
Support has been great to allow me to understand scope covered and finalize setup. Seems to do exactly what I want for now. If there is no bug in the orders synchronization it will be perfect ;)
had some considerable trouble navigating GTIN exemption, and I had great customer service from Jason at Codisto, who helped me re-categorise some of the products and then apply the GTIN exemption to the brand that needed it. Great service from the support team, and I've got some shortcuts for any issues next time.

it's a very robust app and works great. few minor issues but technical support is very helpful......
