Every once in a blue moon you meet a brilliant caring person who really wants to help you. This is my expersience with Ian. I had been so frustrated with the lack of support at Codisto until Ian saw my plea for help in an email and Ian reached out to me.
Not only did he help me set up Codisto with Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay, his knowledge and his not to worry attitute has changed my way of doing business.

Great app for adding products to Amazon and eBay! Does everything for you and customization isn easy!
There's a learning curve to the app, but it seems to be good so far. Chat support is superb. They helped me out at 2 in the morning! Would recommend.
Seems quick and easy to use. Easy to get a support when needed.
A lot of settings and automations to work with
This app keeps having issues with ebay and Amazon, Looks like we will be looking for a new provider. customer service and support inst high on the list of things for this company.

We can see from previous tickets that your eBay account link is broken, we had offered to fix this but your authorization token needed to be renewed. We reached out to you in August and awaited confirmation so we could proceed. Unfortunately we didn't get in touch further to confirm this.
This could be a very simple solution if you were to re-authorize your eBay token.

Works well to list to eBay, needed a couple of tweaks to my products to make it work properly, but that's not a big deal.
So far, Codisto has been awesome compared to the other Apps I have tried to use recently. I really like the customer support service I have received.

Update: Codisto continues to impress. The fact that they can add my GTIN exempted listings to Amazon is a serious asset. Even Sellbrite can't do that. As a brand owner, this has been crucial to business. Codisto support has been excellent. As a brand owner with GTIN exemption, Amazon integration is very complicated, and Codisto has been very quick to respond with solutions to my needs. Very grateful for this app and the support driving it. Thank you Codisto team!
