Brilliant App opening up additional markets and increasing revenue. Carlos was amazing (and very patient) helping me get my first item listed on Ebay. Not once did he blame it on user error when it very clearly was :)
Have had a few issues starting out... but support is very helpful and knowledgable!
Your support team is absolutely fantastic. I spoke to someone whose name starts with E (don't want to share personal info) who is *amazing* and an incredible asset to your team! I am extremely new to essentially everything shopify, and I really, really needed help on the very first day I downloaded Market Connector. She was very patient and tenacious, and spent so much time with me… and I am so grateful! She walked me through both my own user error and some actual browser errors. I can’t thank her enough, and I’ve told everyone I know about the incredible support at Shopify and Marketplace connector!
It's been over 2months Since I asked for help to get my listings synced to Amazon. It's unfortunate I wasn't able to get the help I needed and was told that this is a Self- Service app. Well, indeed. So we worked it out ourselves with some workaround and asked you guys to have my Amazon GTIN exemption enabled and you did, so thanks! Finally we were able to get our listings synced to Amazon.

We installed this app to connect Amazon and Walmart marketplaces to our Shopify store. Unfortunately, we were unable to link our products. We opened a support case on the 15th of July, and despite assurances that Marketplace Connect's developers were working to fix our issue, almost a month later and we still have not had a response.
Shopify Marketplace Connect is holding back our business due to poor support, forcing us to look for alternatives.

I am new to Shopify Marketplace Connect. My experiences have been great! I have had the best support team helping me at anytime. I expecially want to thank, LOVELY, the person I was chatting with tonight. Not only did Lovely help me troubleshoot and resolve my issues, but Lovely also motivated me and energized me to continue pursuing my dreams of achieving success with my online hoodie business. The great thing about Lovely that I recognize is that Lovely is great with her job in supporting people. I think that it will be better if Lovely was in a higher position to teach and spread to many others. It wouldn't be good to just have Lovely continue in this one position helping individuals...when Lovely can pass along what Lovely...it must be multiplied and spread to others that I have no doubt Lovely can do. Although I would love to get support from Lovely all the time...I am not so selfish to keep Lovely to myself...Lovely must spread Lovely Ways to others...so that everyone that contacts Shopify Marketplace Connect will have the same lovely Lovely experience that I had tonight. Please include my review in Lovely's file records so that when it comes time for a performance reveiw and promotion, my review is the first thing you will see!!!
Great app once I got my head around how it worked, I can now easily list from shopify to eBay to bring in extra orders with little hassle. Thank you
It doesn't work properly.
I have connected my Shopify with eBay account and some of the items on Shopify have sold out but they are still showing as available on eBay.
I have deactivated an item on Shopify and manually removed it from eBay as it did not get removed automatically and it kept getting re-listed for some reason so I had to keep removing it until I was forced to permanently remove the listing from Shopify to stop it from being re-listed on eBay
