This app works great for order importing from Amazon, eBay and Walmart, as well as updating inventory for these marketplaces.

Lou did a great job listening to my problem and finding the solution to correct it!

Rain was SOOO helpful. I was so stressed out cause my link with Walmart broke and I had orders that I needed to sync. They helped me so quickly.

Endless errors and syncing issues. Support just constantly tries to republish the listings to see if anything changes. I wouldn't trust using this app.

I have had nothing but issues with this app. Difficult to set up and use properly, and does not sync inventory or pricing. Right now, I have to do a manual recount of everything since it was so off.

This app is great for transferring lisitings into eBay. Support was extremely nice and helpful. I got stuck and decided to use the chat option. It pops up a bot chat, but you can request a human by clicking on the "Get in touch" button at the bottom. After describing my issue Rain was able to help me right away. In the chat I was sent screenshots to show me what they were talking about so I could get past that part I was stuck on. The best customer service I've ever experienced.

I spent more than 10 hours try to listing the products, and then i got a bulk of errors, required field should be filled not included in the bulk listing...

Terrible support. This is unacceptable for $400 a month. This happens every day, the variants will disappear for hours for one person on the team but not everyone. Then they reappear. They refuse to fix the issue and said to use a different app!

Really prompt response with clear instructions, screenshot, and the RIGHT solution. Thank you!
