Es ist keine "leichte" Software , wenn man einmal den Bogen raushaut läuft alles.

Der Kundenservice , gerade "Aldrian" ist beeindruckend gut.

Marketplace Connect (Codisto) is a system that I am happy to review and give 5 stars to - but what I will say is that this could have EASILY been a 1 star.

Here's the thing, if you use the system with existing listings like I did, you are almost certainly going to have the odd issue that makes no sense. You are also going to tear your hair out trying to fix it.

But that’s where support comes in. Live chat is one of the best I have dealt with. Mark L (who I was very grumpy with to start), Mark M, and today Michael have been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing is a silly question, and I can’t fault the support.

So here is my review. If everything works great out of the box, that's brilliant - but if you need help, then just ask.

You will NOT be disappointed.

Numerous issues arose a month ago using with eBay and haven't been fixed and with no timeframe.

This ap has just randomly stopped working with no word from the developer. What used to be an awesome ap has turned into a nightmare.

Patient and very helpful. I received great help today!

The order was not imported, so the customer service staff fixed it manually.

App has a bit of a learning curve to it, some unique logic going on, but it has been quite robust, and their dedicated support team is fast, kind, and efficient!

Rain was quick to help, and resolved one issue and gave me an update on the other.

I always had a great experience with the support team every time I have issues. The service I received was excellent. They were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. My issue was handled efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciate the time and effort they took to assist me. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!
