Customer Service was great when I was having channels issues and I have been able to uploaded over 1,000 products and sync them to multiple channels in next to no time.

Codisto support assured me that that they had fixed and earlier problem and that Pryce Sync for Walmart could be turned off. After months of back and forth with support and countless hours of testing different options, they could not find a solution and not even an apology for the wasted time was offered. If they had just acknowledged that it didn't work from the beginning, I would not be leaving this negative feedback. But they just kept insisting that it did it work, probably thinking that I would just let it go. At first they blamed Walmart for it, telling me to disconnect their app and test. I did, I tested for a week and reconnected. It was not Walmart's fault. Their solution is, find another app that can provide a fix for their app. A gigantic waste of time.

A quick feedback on the program:
Once we got a few bugs on the program sorted, which Codisto support team worked really hard, the program is really great - particularly by making it so much easier to list products on Amazon. It used to take 2 full days to list 400 clothing items on Amazon using Shopify-Amazon sales channel integration, which didn't really work for half of them. Codisto also enables to merge my stock for Prime and non-prime listing (we had to separate them before because Shopify was not synching Prime orders i.e. not importing Prime orders so not deducting the inventory). Since Feb 17th, when we went live with Codisto, our Amazon sales have more than doubled instantly. I am so happy about this and thank you, Codisto team, for developing the program and providing the support to get it going.

For those who are considering this program: This is a lot cheaper than some of the other multi-sales channel management programs (which I have tried a couple and gave up) and Codisto is a lot easier to use and time-saving. I highly recommend it.

We are in business for unique collectibles with approx 10.000 products listing on different Marketplaces. I can highly recommend the Codisto App which should be your option if you like to synchronize and sell your products on different marketplaces. Although our unusual business model need GTIN exemption on all items we had been able with the incredible support to manage to use this great APP which give increase our business strongly and is worth every penny. I could not higher recommend this App and particular support as 5* are too less. No doubt this Shopify App was the best choice we did so far ! Thank you very much !

Makes listing on Amazon and eBay a snap. Automatically updates when any of the Shopify values change. Only downside is that it tends to slow up if you have a lot of listings.

I migrated to Codisto from another less expensive solution for syncing our ebay orders with shopify and I'm glad I did. Codisto has been worth every cent so far. The system is logical, easy to use (for such a comprehensive list of features) and their customer service is always helpful and fast to respond. One of the few apps we use that I wouldn't be able to do without.

Seamlessly syncs our complete Shopify inventory with both Ebay and Amazon so we never have to worry about updating quantities, prices, descriptions or images. Once it's changed on Shopify - the other platforms sync automatically. Orders are also generated in Shopify so it's all managed from one place. We had difficulties initially with errors showing but the Codisto support team resolved it for us and were very helpful. Would strongly recommend Codisto.

We've been using Codisto for less than a month.

We have had issues dealing direct with Ebay. Now it's easier than every, its literally pick and point and your items are online.

My next step is starting up an Amazon account and seeing if we can work with Walmart.

Keep in mind we are a small Australian Business making our way in the big wide world.

I have had a few occasions to ask questions of the Codisto support team about our eBay interface. Each time they have been prompt in responding and have always resolved the issue and/or answered my question on the first go-round. I have only good things to say about the level of support provided by Codisto.
