Once you get the hang of Codisto and its extensive features it is the definitely the best app for linking your Shopify catalogue to eBay. Customer service in particular Joy has been amazing to deal with. Patient, knowledgeable and fast to respond through the live chat feature.

Great App, the improvement to synchronize your store with eBay that I have found. Super fast and available customer service. I was attended before by Josh and after by Ediline, some professionals.

all my ebay listings dissappeared after a problem with paypal. after caloing ebay and paypal they said it is a codisto problem. ebay account was relinked and all ebay listings dissappeared. 3 days i have been asking for support and keep getting idiotic answers. we have a business to run. have had to migrate and reintegrate another software because we have not made any new listings and our turnover is way down. CRAP CRAP SUPPORT TECHNICIANS!

We're sorry to hear you had problems but to clarify: Your eBay listings didn't 'disappear'. You disconnected your eBay account and then subsequently linked a different eBay account. Consequently, the listings from the first eBay account were of course no longer visible in the second account.

As you mention, this was initially caused at your end with a Paypal issue which required you to use a different eBay account. Our product has performed correctly but we are happy to work with to get you the result you are looking for (despite the problems not being caused by us).

We acknowledge it is frustrating when things don't go as expected but it is important that reviews are accurate because it affects other merchants not just the app developer.

We are sorry to hear your experience with our support agents wasn't as expected but as the vast majority of other reviews attest to, this is highly unusual.

I like using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app however when I have variants in 1 product listing, the Marketplace Connect app combines the quantities for each variant instead of separately in my Amazon and Walmart store.

Ex.
Shopify Store- Shirt
1 Small
2 Medium
0 Large
2 XLarge

but my Amazon/Walmart store will show a combined total of 5 instead of their respective quantity amount like below
5 Small
5 Medium
5 Large
5 XLarge

So then a customer will buy a Large even though my inventory is 0. This needs to be resolved immediately.

The App is initially very confusing> one needs to read the instructions very carefully before start working with it.

However, the online chat help is EXREEMLY HELPFUL. I just finished getting help from Von and I am delighted to report that he stayed with me for a long time and addressed every issue we had, and and indeed we had many. I am sure his colleagues are equally supportive as well.

In short, it is a very good App once one learns its ins and outs.

I searched for apps with multi-channel functionality (inside and outside Shopify). If you are looking for an application that can sync products FROM Shopify TO Amazon, this is the app for you. I've tested the system pretty thoroughly. You have to have good working knowledge of how to set things up, but once you understand that it works great! Support team has been phenomenal and very quick to help.

I used this app to link up my three sales channels and to allow Shopify to become my hub for all. It is outstanding! After a brief period of getting used to its interface I find it very simple to use despite its huge amount of function. There are cheaper but less equipped options out there, but I was sold after incredible tech help and customer service. Replies are fast and any issues I had as swiftly dealt with. John has been particularly good on this front and helped get me up and running FAST!
