We use the app for Amazon and Ebay. The connections are fast, it can be mapped to meta data making it easier to input product attributes. The customer service has always been quick to help and my problems are always resolved quickly.
There are occasional issues with photos not posting to Ebay correctly. This is solved with a simple email.
The app is slow, taking a long time to open individual listings.
Excellent Support and Efficient Service
The team at Shopify Marketplace Connect is incredibly responsive and efficient. They replied to my questions quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable marketplace integration solution!
Great concept but fails to deliver.
- Walmart marketplace connection disconnects every few days and I need to manually re-establish the connection for orders to get imported.
- Etsy connection does not work anymore.
@Shopify team, you have the best e-commerce, and we want to work with you. Why don't you make it easier for us? Please, charge a fee if you need to, but get it done!
