The platform takes a little bit of time to learn but it is not overwhelming technically and once you understand how the platform works, you can have everything set up within an hour. Plus, they provide various video tutorials for you to review and their support team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. They also offer onboarding seminars and regularly conduct YouTube videos and product updates.
