We LOVE Marsello! Easy install, easy to use, AWESOME customer service! We've been using this for a while for just our rewards program and are very happy with the program and the email flows, and now we're using Marsello for all of our email marketing. We just started using it but it offers exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to see results!
I think it's an amazing app. Browsed all features, think they are really smart &sweet. Once my biz is getting better, i think i will definitely use pro version to activated all features. Think they are so useful. It will save a lot of effort for shop owners. At present, i got a lot of traffic, while the bounce rate is pretty high, and no conversion at all. Think these feature will help me a lot
I've been with Marsello for a few years now and they are constantly looking for ways to improve and add new features. Their support team is amazing with prompt replies. I love that I can integrate our loyalty program with email all in one app! Highly recommend them instead of working with a few separate apps.
I am using this for email marketing and I love it, now I will implement more things like pop ups and SMS
The app itself is good an easy to use. A little on the $$$ side.... but we probably don't use enough of its features to get the true value. The rewards system is really good - and the automations keep life simple. Customer service is A+

One of the best email / sms we are using. We love how this includes campaign, and loyalty + reward. All in one ! We also find the analytics are useful.
