Marsello: Loyalty, Email, SMS

Marsello really stepped the game up recently. I was super surprised when it recommended to send a fathers day email campaign and THENNNN already had the flow and email template ready! I love how easy it is to read my insights and I plan on using them forever! Also you have your loyalty, email, pop up form all in one.

Excellent service, good follow up. I am a new user in Shopify and this loyalty program was exactly as I expected. I do not have much of other technology installed right now... so I don't know if it will be conflicted in the future with other technologies...

This is one of the best loyal points app so far with a great price point. Have all the function I need. If they have VIP tier for a permanent discount with code for the customer who purchases over a certain amount like bronze ($200) for 5% discount, silver($400) for 10% discount, gold ($800) for 15%, this would be a 6 stars app. Thank you for making this app!

This is my THIRD loyalty program. My first one allowed customers to skirt the system on referrals and bank on discounts without the referral making purchase and my second program was actually pretty great but pricier. So I switched to Beautiful Loyalty and I LOVE IT. So very easy to set up (about an hour if you're a total obsessive design nut like me but less if you want to get it live) and transferring my customer's current totals from the old program was a breeze. No seriously, I was out on my deck enjoying the summer breeze while it loaded the file all on it's own. I checked everything manually but there was no need cause it captured all the info correctly. So far my customers are enjoying earning points with this program way more as well and it has led to a lot more shares to social media to get points too. All in all..... I RECOMMEND.

I've been having an issue with fake accounts being set up on my site. Initially, I suspected they might be coming from the app or developers themselves in order to boost my customer numbers in order to collect higher fees. They have actually been quite helpful in figuring out where these are coming from, and have gone above and beyond with regards to customer service in trying to help solve the issue. Thanks.

Customers really like the loyalty scheme. Easy to use and looks nice on our store. Has been smooth sailing for 2 months now, no issues.

Love this platform, has a very easy to use user interface making creating campaigns super quick and easy. Not to mention there's also a loyalty points program! Everyone on the team is amazing and super helpful with providing me with tips to help me maximize my use out of the app and maximize sales through Marsello. Absolutely love this app. Hard to change to something else once you've started since it's so great!
