Sales and premium onboarding team were great. I am struggling with the Lightspeed POS (R-Series) integration and support is consistently hard to reach and I am struggling to keep hope that we can resolve our issues. I will update this review if we can resolve this.

We tested a vary of Loyalty Programs for POS, including Sweet Tooth, Smile, and a few more but none of them have the ease of functionality like this App.

The email notifications, no need to sign up for an account to collect points, all make this App a must if you're running an in-store Loyalty Program.

There are two problems, one big, one Little.
The big one is that the app is not mobile friendly.
The little one is that i would love to have more freedom on the design. :)

Horrible app. They charged me for both the Advanced Plan and the Basic plan after I uninstalled the app. They'll try to scam you out of your money any way they can.

Edit: They ignored my requests for a refund for the month's subscription to their Advanced and Basic plan, but contacted me and begged me to remove this review after I left it. They refunded me for the Advanced plan but not the Basic plan, despite the fact that I am not using their service at all. They have since continued to send me email after email asking me to remove my review so that more people will sign up so they can make more money. Enjoy!

Now that we can finally reply to this, we are happy to report that now our users can try our paid plan for free for two weeks, with no need to confirm pricing until after the trial. So now you don't need to worry about being billed after your trial ends if you don't want to pay. We are also more than happy for our users to make use of our free features 😊 We've also reviewed our refund process with Shopify.

Does not work for one-off campaigns as keeps sending out the campaign - there is no way of stopping it. No way to edit pre-existing email campaigns. Customer support take a long time to respond with an answer (I've been waiting 2 days to find out why my launch campaign email contained a malicious link input by Marsello).
