Massy is really just the best and especially because of the attentiveness and helpful attitudes of Peony, Seyla and Mary. They are all knowledgeable and actually want to help and solve any issues you might have. I couldn't have gotten my store up and running without their help. The features and support team behind Massy is incredible. The response time is uncommonly fast. The B2B features work flawlessly and any customization is welcomed by the support team. Our experience so far has been great. Some of the features aren't super intuitive but everything we need is there and the support staff is super quick to point you in the right direction or help with customizations. This app has a lot more features than the others we tried. We're very happy.

We ran into an issue where the discounted pricing did not adjust because of a subscription widget that we had installed. While they were not able to solve this issue, I appreciate Sylvia checking with her development team, after hours, to see if a resolution could be found. They have now upgraded the request so that a new feature can be developed so that others don't have the same issue. Not much more to ask of them as they are actively working to make this app better.

This app is great! It works exactly as needed. For my theme, it didn’t work at first and I didn’t fully understand why, but after contacting support they fixed everything from their side and I got exactly what I needed.
Huge appreciation to Macie and Brad for the amazing support and quick help. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I'm always wary of 5 star reviews - are they real?? Well I can categorically say that yes, in our experience this plug-in utterly warrants 5 stars. As other reviews state, we did need a bit of assistance getting the app up and running, but the help we received (especially from Irene and Macie - they are both absolute stars!!) was second to none, and we were soon in action.
Absolutely can recommend this to anyone looking to manage B2B pricing on their Shopify site, the customisation for sign-up forms and pricing is brilliant. Cannot recommend enough!!
