Matterhorn Dropshipping

ho chiesto se su dropshipping è ammesso il reso ma non ho ricevuto risposta quindi non so se iniziare con loro. Ho caricato molti prodotti sul mio sito ma se non garantiscono il reso è stato lavoro inutile e dovrò cancellare ii prodotti.
Peccato perche i prodotti sembrano di buona qualità.

if you are just starting out please do not waste your time with this supplier. from the get go which was over as year ago, customer service was spotty, and as for the website it could be more user friendly with regard to updating items. I really hope that there is another European supplier that can fulfill my needs
took months for my test order to be delivered to me and I'm pretty certain that one item just didn't even make it to me
i have uploaded so many items and invested so much time that it now breaks my heart to remove all their items and start fresh. does any one know of any supplier that carry the same brands as Matterhorn?

The app runs very sluggish overall. Even if you only want to transfer 5 products, it can sometimes take up to 30 minutes until they appear in the Shopify store. We have tested other apps under the same conditions – there, the process is completed in no time.

The page loading speed at Matterhorn is also extremely slow. When you try to move from one product page to the next, it takes ages.

And finally, the support: very slow, with replies coming only after several days or sometimes not at all. One could even say the support simply doesn’t care – or they just don’t have the right developers to fix these issues.
