Startup online jewellery business; early days. For minimal effort I have that little green logo "Trusted Site" with a link through to my verified business certificate, certainly expresses confidence.

I added a trust badge to my website, thinking it would help build customer confidence, which it did. However, I was surprised to be charged $348 after only a week, despite having just 130 visitors. For small businesses with lower traffic, the cost feels way too high for the value. While the feature itself is useful, the pricing doesn't seem fair for smaller sites. Thankfully, they refunded my money after I reached out and explained there was a mistake in how I set it up.

Trustedsite definitely does what it's intended to do,allow customers to browse knowing that the site they are on is secured. Do wish there was an increased amount of views per month on the free version,but overall is great.

I didn't know how to add the codes to my Shopify store. So I reached out and I can honestly say their customer service is Amazing. I ended up working with their Representative Kekoa. At first the app was great, until i accidently picked the wrong plan and no I getting a outrageous charge even though I changed the plan once I realized it was the wrong plan. Then later deleted the app and the charge is still pending.

I really want this on the site, but the free version only allows it to show in the bottom right corner of the site. That's where the chat box is. At this time, I can't afford $39 a month just to be able to move it to the left side of the site. That's really unfortunate.

pretty good.. features that should be basic cost a lot for startup sites that already have alot of expenses.. not really worth it atm
