Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.

6 years with TrustedSite now, because our customers tell us it gives them confidence that our site is a trusted site!

Overall the app has been ok but recently when I asked the TS team to disable the banner after I hit my monthly limit the banners started to disapper prematurely before i've hit my limits. I asked TS support to help so they just manually enabled my banners but haven't explained why the banners disappeared and how to prevent the issue.

For now I have to keep monitoring my site weekly if the banner has disappeared. I hope TS can do a deep dive and actually address the root cause because this has happened before as well.

I added a trust badge to my website, thinking it would help build customer confidence, which it did. However, I was surprised to be charged $348 after only a week, despite having just 130 visitors. For small businesses with lower traffic, the cost feels way too high for the value. While the feature itself is useful, the pricing doesn't seem fair for smaller sites. Thankfully, they refunded my money after I reached out and explained there was a mistake in how I set it up.
