Mechanic

All other apps suck hahaha seriously the amount of value this app provides is INSANE. SO MANY THINGS they do for your shop, so easily, without needing to do code work or managing one million apps to do those things. Mechanic does everything it feels like haha. Customer service is more helpful than any app I've tried. Literally obsessed with this app and all that it can do and the people behind it!

Simply brilliant. Extremely powerful, great support and a very good network of developers to create custom tasks (I highly recommend Brad - he was superb). I'm looking forward to what we create for our next task.

I mainly installed this app to help manage my orders for my handmade items. I am limited to how many I can take per day, but with a large inventory it’s impossible to be manually monitoring and deactivating (plus this leads to enquiries ‘wHy CaN’t I oRdEr’, because FAQs are obviously just there for fun!).
Plus it’s impossible to monitor when you are sleeping I use the task which limits daily ...

Just so great. So far Mechanic has risen to every occasion... giving me the control over my Shopify orders that I wish was there as standard. The menu of published tasks is huge and I'm just starting to explore creating my own tasks - for those tiny workflows that are unique to our small business and the life it fits around! Oh, and the support is just lovely, warm and personal. Worth every one ...

This app is wonderful and the customer service is out of this world. With a combination of group and direct support tricky requests are always solved promptly. Would highly recommend.

I'm really happy with this app so far. I am using it to do a bunch of different tasks. E.g. email customers about outstanding order payments. Send them email when an order is taking too long and so forth.

It's not saving me any money yet on my other apps as it doesn't quite do what they do. But hopefully it will in the future.

This has really opened up a world of possibilities for me as a dev. Any store with an in-house developer or any Plus store that leverages flows should 100% have Mechanic on hand. They have great documentation, amazing support and a phenomenal community too. I've been working on Shopify stores for 5+ years and I've never had a better app support experience.

We've been using this app for months now. Mechanic allowed us to get rid of three other apps and best of all it works behind the scenes. No integration with our theme was required. Incredible tech support as well!

As a tech-newb, I am very appreciative of the support the folx at Mechanic have provided in setting up all my tasks! 5 stars for that the support alone, 5 stars for the product- very useful for helping us understand our customers better
