Appointment Booking App: Meety

A massive fan! Since the get go, I've experience great communication from the team, they are efficient and skilled at answering all the questions.
Better than all the other apps out there in my opinion.

I am a new user to shopify and have found Meety easy to use and perfect for me needs.
Been able to customise it easily works really well for my hiring business.
I had one issue with the app and with the help of online chat my issue was quickly resolved.
Turns out my services were in draft and not active - doh.

Meety was very swift with there response and assistance. Team is very knowledgable. I will be using them for as long as I am in business.

Meety has almost everything I needed for booking with checkout function. app. The support team is great and they were quick to address some of the limitations that were customisable on my end. They will be implementing more features in the future, such as the ability for customers to reschedule on their own, and I look forward to using them

I was paying 14.99 in another app for this same service, the app is good , free and good customer service

Plus, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I have any questions or need assistance.

So far so good! Belle has been super responsive and if i've had any issues she's walked through them with me, staying with me until it's resolved or improvement suggestions captured and sent to the developers. It actually does what it says in terms of automated email reminders, bookings, cancellations etc... and for me a key point is that it changes timezones depending on where the customer is which is critical to my business! I'm loving it so far and have high hopes for adding in packages and booking multiple slots and so on as soon as i figure that out shopify side :D
