Meety: Appointment Booking App

Whist this is a new app with teething issues, the meety team are very resposive to requests!!

I use it for my website. I was able to get the help i needed from shopify support and the app did exactly what I wanted it to do.

I had tried three different Apps in one day and uninstalled the 1st two due to poor customer service and a possible language translation barrier. The first representative helped a little, but I am glad I stuck with it. After some time, the first representative transitioned from work, and I was blessed to get Grace. Our customers were able to view/access other customers’ bookings, including their private information. As a result of this unintended exposure of sensitive data, we decided to deactivate the app.

All the support staff are very helpful and have guided me step by step. I am so grateful for the support. It shows the calibre of staff that are employed and that shows great leadership and training. Well done.

Intuitiva, rapida, ben integrata con POS, customer care supremo. Spero implementino qualche funzione in più, ma attualmente best app in the market.

App works like it should. Has more features in the FREE tier than most paid tiers for other apps.I would like to give her a 5 start and recommend the app to everybody.
