Some good points, particularly as currently a free service but after a couple of weeks having it installed too many inconveniences for me. Customer service great but for me often a time delay as am in the UK so not always a quick problem solve. Challenges I had were time zones (the auto booking email said one time but the calendar attachment in the customer email said +1 hour), this couldn't be ...
