We like how easy it has been to implement the app and we find there is enough flexibility in being able to customise it. I particularly like how I can add custom fields before the checkout page.

While testing the app for our product, we notice there are still a few minor interface bugs since the app is in it's beta stage, but the team has been very friendly and prompt in assisting me with all my concerns and open to feedback, so I have no doubt that their product will improve over time. I would recommend it just because the support has been excellent!

The support team are really helpful at Meety and they have helped me curate the perfect booking system! The team are so helpful through the live chat and even help a google meet to discuss issues I was having which were resolved on the spot!

I’ve used so many scheduling apps but this app HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE TO ME! I’ll start with phenomenal support: Grace, Belle, & Macie have been incredibly helpful every step of the way, are literally always there, and respond crazy quick even at odd hours when not expected. The widget is super intuitive and client friendly, making checkout a breeze. It makes my website look good and helps me organize my calendar with google integration. It even has auto google meeting link for when I start online seminars. It helps me look professional with custom automated emails. This app has everything I needed for my business AND MORE! Highly recommend!

This app doesn't have as much functionality as the bigger ones, but I will say by far, it's the best. It's simple, gets the job done and the customer service is amazing!!!

Some good points, particularly as currently a free service but after a couple of weeks having it installed too many inconveniences for me. Customer service great but for me often a time delay as am in the UK so not always a quick problem solve. Challenges I had were time zones (the auto booking email said one time but the calendar attachment in the customer email said +1 hour), this couldn't be resolved fully without each customer changing their Google calendar settings so had to remove the attachment from email to eliminate confusion. It couldn't be set so that all staff could see the calendar when integrated with google (they could only see their own bookings) so when everyone needs to see how busy or not another person is, or if room to add additional appointments, they couldn't. I couldn't get it to create a customer in Shopify POS which meant duplicating information gathering for new customers. Today when adding manual bookings to the calendar names were being replaced on future bookings, meaning I can't identify who that booking is for until they arrive!

Edit: The app has contacted me to resolve issues but I have since changed provider. Lots of good points with this app just didn't fully work for me and the way my business operates.
