Some good points, particularly as currently a free service but after a couple of weeks having it installed too many inconveniences for me. Customer service great but for me often a time delay as am in the UK so not always a quick problem solve. Challenges I had were time zones (the auto booking email said one time but the calendar attachment in the customer email said +1 hour), this couldn't be resolved fully without each customer changing their Google calendar settings so had to remove the attachment from email to eliminate confusion. It couldn't be set so that all staff could see the calendar when integrated with google (they could only see their own bookings) so when everyone needs to see how busy or not another person is, or if room to add additional appointments, they couldn't. I couldn't get it to create a customer in Shopify POS which meant duplicating information gathering for new customers. Today when adding manual bookings to the calendar names were being replaced on future bookings, meaning I can't identify who that booking is for until they arrive!

Edit: The app has contacted me to resolve issues but I have since changed provider. Lots of good points with this app just didn't fully work for me and the way my business operates.

I am early into using this app, there was a few teething issues, but I am always someone to judge by the support I get and not the initial issues.

My support has been excellent, the message back rate is second to none, and the level of help has meant that I am now confident to launch my site with Meety in place, ready to take bookings and foresee no issues.

We're absolutely thrilled with Meety! The level of customization it offers is truly amazing, allowing us to tailor our booking experience to suit Jucycell needs perfectly. This app is exactly what I was looking for. I needed an app to allowing booking online and in-store and accepts payment upon booking. The customer service has been nothing but phenomenal in order to get the app to work properly.

I have to say, I've been really impressed by this app .. great functionality and features. I've been testing and setting up this app for our bike rental service and its working great. I've just started using this app to schedule appointments through my website and I'm extreamly happy with it. I tried out a few apps for this purpose and Meety was hands down the best available. Once you get the app and running you get to meet their team and they are equally as amazing. Very helpful and quite kind. They will truly check on you through the entire process. One of the best apps I'm using in my store.

I've experimented with most of the apps in the space and found this one to be the best suited to my personal needs. The development team has been wildly responsive to questions and feature asks, as well as reasonable about what they can and can't implement quickly to help me get going. A strong recommend from my end!

This app has been a game changer for scheduling classes as part of an annual festival. I was having glitches with some of my entries and reached out to the help desk. I received a response within an hour and the issue resolved within the next hour. The next day I was double checking and noticed some other things shifted. I reached back out and not only did they show me how to change things they also updated all the appointment times due to the changes on the back end so I didn't have to do double the work. I'm converting my other store over to this system ASAP! LOVE IT!

This is a new app but the team has gone above and beyond to make sure it works for my (old) theme, fixed any bugs and is also implementing some suggestions that I had to make it work well for my business. I love that I can make the widget work with our colours/ typography etc. Highly recommend Meety and thanks again to the whole team there, excellent customer service!

The Meety app is comprehensive and simply to use except that it took some time to set it up and navigate when I first installed it. However, Macie from the support team helped me through the process and it was really helpful! Will definitely recommend it to others!
