Works perfectly on my site, Had a little issue and support was super fast to resolve even providing a temp fix on the weekend. This Mega Menu app for Shopify is the easiest to use. Trust me I tried them all.

So complicated to do on your own and requires coding. it would have been doable if they have support but they don't. like no chat support whatsoever... uninstalling it now.

Update: BECAREFUL, there're some codes that you will need to delete after you uninstall the app. I got an email from them to do so, but the video is private on youtube... this is the worst app I've dealt with.. STAY AWAY!

Thank you for your review. However, it seems like your reaction may have been a bit hasty.

You installed the app over the weekend, which includes holiday periods, and then immediately uninstalled it after sending an email to support. You also left a negative review within an hour. It would have been helpful to wait for the working days to begin, as both our team and Shopify may take some time to respond, especially considering time zone differences. We are providing support via emails and not via live chat and that should not be the reason to put negative review.

Despite it being a holiday, I responded to your inquiry and asked you to provide a collaborator code and reinstall the app. I also mentioned that our team would complete the setup once we were back in the office on Monday. However, I have not received a response from you.

Please note that we use a theme app extension (https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/build/online-store/theme-app-extensions), which means we don’t need to add any code directly to your theme. In fact, our app doesn’t have access to modify your theme’s code at all, so the claim about code injection is incorrect.

I kindly ask that you reinstall the app, provide us with the necessary access, and allow us to set up the app for you.

Additionally, please consider removing the misleading review.
